Stress:

Adults: 2 to 3 capsules in the morning with a large glass of water.
Children (≥ 12 years): 1 capsule in the morning with a large glass of water.

Sleep:

Adults: 2 to 3 capsules at the end of the day with a large glass of water.
Children (≥ 12 years): 1 capsule at the end of the day with a large glass of water.

Hawthorn flowering top extract (50 mg), Rhodiola root extract (50 mg), Lemon balm leaf extract (30 mg), Hops extract (20 mg), Poppy petal extract (20 mg), microcrystalline cellulose (QSP), magnesium stearate (QSP).
